EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY 

St. Francis University College of Health and Allied Sciences, invites suitably qualified individuals to be considered for immediate employment to fill the following vacant posts:- 

1. Job Title: Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor and Professor in the following departments: 
Human Anatomy and Histology, Biochemistry, Physiology, Microbiology and Immunology, Pathology, Clinical Pharmacology, Parasitology and Entomology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Public Health(Community Medicine/Epidemiology/Biostatistics/Medical Psychology/Medical Sociology), Pediatrics and Child health Nafasi za kazi December 2018

2. Nature of Employment: Full Time 

3. Required Qualifications: 
Lecturer: One should have Master of Medicine Degree with a GPA of 4.0 and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a GPA of 3.5 or B+. A candidate with a PhD plus relevant Masters Degree with a GPA of 4.0,and a bachelor degree with a GPA of 3.5 can also apply. 

Senior Lecturer: Master of Medicine Degree with a GPA of 4.0 and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a GPA of 3.5 or B+ together with 5 points from publications and 3 years of teaching and research experience OR 
a PhD plus relevant Masters Degree with a GPA of 4.0 and a Bachelor degree with a GPA of 3.5 together with three years of teaching and research experience and 5 points from publication.. 

Associate Professor: Qualifications of Senior Lecturer plus 7 points from publications and 3 years of working experience since last promotion. 

Professor: Qualifications of Associate Professor plus 12 points from publications together with 3 years working experience since last promotion. 

4. Remuneration: Attractive and Competitive package will be offered commensurate with the qualification and experience.
