Most Asked HR Interview Question To Answer - How do you maintain updated knowledge regarding products and services?

Alternative Question " How do you go about familiarizing yourself with the products you sell?" 

Interviewer always prefers to hire a candidate who is always enthusiastic and eager to learn more about products and services, and are up-to-date with it's latest information and specification. Highlight some of the means through which you get latest updates about the products.

Note - How to Get Up-to-date information:

 - Internet Research.

 - magazine and newspaper.

 - Product Catalogue .

 

 Sample Answer:I always check out the Product Catalogue and collect all the necessary information, benefits and its uses. Once I become well versed in offered products, services and packages, I also do some internet research to grab some extra information on customer reviews and feedbacks. .
