2019 HR Interview Questions Answers - What do you know about us?   This is one of the tough questions you are going to be asked by the interviewer. If you fail to have a good answer to this question, the interview is almost killed. They want to see how much research the candidate conducted about their company. They prefer people who'll take the time to find out these very basic things, too. No answer or a short answer usually indicates no interest. The interviewer is trying to know how you deal with rejection, failure or some other disappointment from customers at work. It's also a question which gives them a useful opportunity to potentially identify your experience and ability to deal with difficult decision and your quick decision-making skills. In order to succeed in sales, you must be able to  face the world of  rejection.  The interviewer won’t want to hire someone who can't handle it when the situation gets tough. Note - general tips:  - Do not explain how you got rejected, instead talk about how you use rejection as a motivator and an opportunity to learn.  - Mention in your point, that you don't take rejection personally.   - Try to pick something which isn't too negative  - Highlight what was learned from the experience and how this knowledge was put to good use in the future.    Sample Answer:  Well, I will reject rejection

They were set up in September 1964, following a mutiny by the former colonial military force: the Tanganyika Rifles. From its inception, it was ingrained in the troops of the new TPDF that they were a people’s force under civilian control. Unlike some of its neighbors, Tanzania has never suffered a coup d’état or civil war. The TPDF was given a specific mission: to defend Tanzania and everything Tanzanian, especially the people and their political ideology. Tanzanian citizens are able to volunteer for military service from 15 years of age, and 18 years of age for compulsory military service upon graduation from secondary school.
